Singh Corporate Giving

Caring for our community.

Giving back is a part of our DNA. With a part of our mission being to "develop high quality real estate properties that… enhance the communities they serve, and improve the quality of life of the people who live and work in them," Singh is always looking for opportunities to support and contribute to the local community. This happens in a variety of ways – giving in time, energy, funding, innovation and partnerships with nonprofit, industry and government-sponsored programs and organizations.

Fighting against Alzheimer’s

For over a decade, Singh has been dedicated to fighting Alzheimer’s disease by providing support for the Alzheimer’s Association. As the owner and manager of several Senior Living Communities, we work closely with Alzheimer’s patients and their families through our Memory Care services, and are committed to improving their lives.

Singh supports the Alzheimer’s Association in a variety of ways, including sponsoring educational workshops and fundraising initiatives such as Casual for a Cause, the Chocolate Jubilee, and Memory Walk. We have sponsored the Chocolate Jubilee since 2001, a chocolate-tasting event in which Singh chefs from our Waltonwood Senior Living prepare their most indulgent desserts! Our favorite event is the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s, the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer care. Each August, our entire team fundraises for the event, and all employees, family members and friends participate in the annual walk. To date, we have raised over $300,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association.

To find out more on how you can get involved in the fight to end Alzheimer’s as well as support families affected by Alzheimer’s, contact a Singh employee or visit the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Michigan Chapter.
