At Singh, we strive daily to provide a “Tradition of Excellence” in everything we do. To support that effort we have developed our Platinum Preferred Employer Program. The program is designed to incentivize the employees of those companies who promote Singh as a preferred apartment housing provider*.

In order to become a preferred employer, please click on the Preferred Employer Application link to the left and fill out the three documents completely. You can email them back in to the contact address below or fax it to 248-865-1630, ATTN: Preferred Employer Program.
Once you have been approved as a preferred employer, you will receive your preferred employer cards as part of a welcome packet. These cards can be given to those employees who intend to visit a Singh apartment community. Upon visiting the community, the employee should show their preferred employer card to the leasing consultant in order to receive all the benefits the program offers.
