Parkway Place is a proposed commercial development consisting of 19.23 acres located at the intersection of NW Cary Parkway and Evans Road in Cary, North Carolina. The proposed development consists of approximately 325,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, including convenience retail, office and a hotel. Office uses are proposed to be both free standing and as part of mixed-use buildings. Retail space will be primarily convenience shopping and could include casual dining as well.
