Parcels of primary interest are intended for senior housing or multi-family communities, single family subdivisions, or commercial uses, although we are not objectionable to rezoning cases. Singh typically invests in opportunities ranging from 5 acres to 100 acres depending on its location, geometry, access and other criteria.
