Around 150 team members have already been employed to construct Waltonwood and at least another 100 people will be employed to manage the community and its grounds.   Waltonwood Cary Parkway will include 174 rental units consisting of cottages and apartments offering an array of care services for senior citizens in independent living, licensed assisted living and licensed memory care . Highlighted services include courtesy transportation, physical, occupational and speech therapy, an on-site clinic and Montessori based programming in memory care.   Waltonwood Cary Parkwaywill be Singh’s first development located in North Carolina. The company currently has seven other Waltonwood locations in southeast Michigan along with numerous multifamily, single family and commercial developments “This project is a milestone for Singh as we expand into North Carolina,” said Gurmale S.
